you should try ear candling, look it up on google but it works it pulls out all the nasty things in your ears...

There is a over the counter ear wax removal on the market, ask your pharmacist

Put one or two drops of olive oil into your ear twice a day, after putting the drops in you can put some cotton wool with a little vasaline on it to stop it coming back out again. Do this for 2 weeks and it should disperse the wax.

Place a few drops of olive oil into your ear. Plug with a cotton ball for a few minutes. The oil will soften the wax, and it will make its way out over the next day or so.

Get a syringe (the kind that looks like a baby's) and fill it with warm water and continue to flush your ear until the wax softens and comes out.

there are products at the drugstore (rite-aid or walgreens) that can help. they are generally located in the aisle with the cold meds.

i heard q-tips were not even meant for cleaning ears so idk
