Yes, and we talked briefly and then that was it.

I've contacted old lovers. Not to get back with them, good grief NO! But I was honestly curious as to how they were doing in life. Most of them were happily married and some had kids, and that made me happy. Some were still strangely bitter about our break up, and I found that creepy after so many years.

I had one boyfriend that would always disappear for awhile and then come back a few months later. Eventually, I got sick of it and said NO the last time he wanted back.

I had another one that cheated on me and lied to me about it even though his friends told me. I never told him that his friends confirmed, just dumped him. Six months later he called me, and I then told him that his friends told me. Instead of owning up to it, apologizing and trying to make it better, he just acted like he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, which made it easy for me to say no.

On the other hand, my best friend is now married to a guy she broke up with. They didn't see each other or even live in the same state for 2 yrs....then when they saw each other they got back together and are now married.

Ya never know!

yes, my HS sweetheart (16yrs ago) still contacts me and has ever since. He thinks we should leave our spouses and get back together. What do I do? Thank my lucky stars I didn't marry him thats what. Avoid his calls and all "private number" calls because thats how his shows up. My husband does know about it. His approach is sure he can meet with you. Lets have him and his wife over for dinner anytime. HAHA. I love my husband.

Yes, I guy I dated before i got married found me after I left my husband. He knew that him and I had no chance at being a couple but we've been great friens ever since we got back together. He's the one who introduced me to my fiance, and we all go out regularly together.
