I wanna be a Graphic Designer but Need help with this thing because it has so many options and whats the exact term for a graphic designer (for emample: "digital imaging", "art graphic communication" that type of stuff)

Graphic designer is an actual job category. I just filled out an application form to be one. Graphic Design is also a university degree.

The other terms are just poncy.

Maybe if you said where you saw this "thing" we could look through the terms and explain the difference.

Some related careers: Web Design, Illustrator, Draughtswoman, Storyboard Artist, Desktop Publisher, Photographer

Then there are specific things for 2D, 3D, different fields etc. But Graphic Design is a pretty broad field, and it's the proper term to use. (Sometimes in a job search, they'll list programs like Photoshop, Fireworks, or Painter.)
