Certain Dri works amazing! You can get it at stores like Wal-mart or Target. It is the best thing I know!

OK, it's a guy's brand, but Mitchum is a hands-down and no question, the best at stopping perspiration. They make it in an unscented, so you don't have to smell like a guy; I've had girlfriends borrow mine.

The "hydro-solid" stick is best, it doesn't leave that white flakey stuff like the roll-on and it's almost as effective. It works so well you can skip days w/ no problem and still not sweat.

Secret is supposed to be good but I found Dove works great and it last all night. I can wake up the next morning and it still doesn't smell when I hop in the shower. You may want to keep a stick with you and touch up like you do your makeup. Also sweat shields work good if you don't like your clothes stained.

I have to use this prescription antipersperant called Drysol. You put it on like once a week, and then less frequently as time passes, and it works like a dream! You still have to use a deodorant tho, you can just use one that isnt a combo of deoderant/anti persperant

You may have to test a few diff brands before you find the right one...but Degree seems really good at stopping it...and I think they have Degree especially for women out now...if all else fails, see a doc they can help for sure...

Sweat is normal and healthy! You are blocking your sweat ducts when you wear anti-perspirant and the anti-perspirant is what stains your clothes.

Although I am telling you this, there is a product called Drysol that you can get from your doctor to help stop sweating. It is only applied once or twice a week and is pretty toxic, but works.
