Frogs are in fact able to eat bees and some species are large enought to eat rats.
Other insects such as mantids and spiders eat bees while bears and other hive robbing creatures eat the bees during the honey extraction. Birds of prey often feed on rodents. Predators from the ordinary house cat on up to the larger wild cats feed on rodents when able to catch them. In actuality many creatures are able to feed on rats and bees.

Frogs - don't know.

At least a couple of birds can eat bees. Here's an interesting link:

There is even a bird called a bee-eater.

Birds also eat rats, such as hawks. Here's a link that surprised me - it has a picture of a "rat-eating egret" (egrets are usually seen eating fish and other sea critters): http://rkbirding.blogspot.com/2007/02/three-more-birds.html.

Other animals eat rats. Dogs can eat rats. Cats can eat rats. Don't forget that dead rats can be in some animals' diets.

Birds might eat both...larger birds like hawks definitely eat snakes. Bluejays probably eat bees (they pretty much eat any insect that doesn't make them vomit) as long as they don't produce a toxin in addition to the sting, and that would depend on the species of bee.

What eats bees?
Look on this site about halfway down for a lot of predators that eat bees. The same paragraph tells what eats some of those predators.
