Paraguay -- isn't that where some of Hitler's henchmen such as Dr. Death Mengele, spent their retirement years? Good place for him, but didn't withdrawing from the International Court and making any crimes he might have committed in office retroactively legal, take care of Bush's exposure to prosecution.

Bush has a problem.
Clinton owns most of Paraguay and Columbia.
He pardoned some Drug Lords.
And it payed off for him.

He will only head down there if things get out of hand in the United States for him. He may also lease out his new Paraguayan ranch to his good pal, Dick Cheney, if things backfire from the flack related to the Scooter Libby verdict.
