Matchbox 20 used to be one of my favorite bands, but I don't know if they are still together. Can someone help me?

Matchbox Twenty (originally Matchbox 20, sometimes typeset as "matchbox twenty") is a rock band formed in Orlando, Florida, who have sold in excess of 39 million albums worldwide. The current members of the band are Rob Thomas (vocals, piano), Paul Doucette (drums), Kyle Cook (lead guitar, vocals) and Brian Yale (bass). Adam Gaynor (rhythm guitar), who has left the band, performed on all three of their albums, as well. Rob Thomas is the principal songwriter and lead singer.

hi I'm sorry but no they are not. sob sob i am a big fan of them too. but i can tell you that the lead singer ROB THOMAS is doing solo work. Last year he went on tour. But now he's not. Also he just released a great new song called LITTLE WONDERS. it's really good. he wrote it for a new Disney movie called meet the Robinson's. (it doesn't sound Disney-ish tho) but Rob's new stuff sounds completely different but it is really great. ( you actually might of heard some of his songs like...This is how a heart breaks, Lonely no more, Ever the same, and his newer single Streetcorner symphony) hope this helps. and it stinks they aren't around but maybe they will come back around.

no they split up a couple of years ago. i think they split up in 2005. Rob Thomas the lead singer went solo but didn't make it as big as the band. i thought he was better with matchbox 20.

yes, they are still together. Rob Thomas has a solo project coming out later this year. You can check up on them at their website.

Rob Thomas went solo, but he says that he didn't quit the band.

As far as I know they are still together just on hiatus like somebody before me said.

I dont think so. My dad had tryed to sell drums to them a while ago but im preety sure he said they changed theri mind and were gonna probably disband.
