How do you shrink your bust size? I am a size C but I want size B breasts. I work out every other day including, bench press, 200 crunches, 2 miles, etc. I just want to have smaller breasts so I can wear smaller shirts. I am 17 and I weigh 130. I look pretty small, but I want to lose this breast weight and look smaller. Any advice?

Breasts are mostly fat, so the only way to reduce breast size without surgery is losing body fat. It doesn't sound like you have much extra fat, though, so you may just have to work with what you've got. You could try minimizer bras; they kind of smoosh the breast against the chest wall a bit, making them look smaller. Good luck!

you cant get smaller boobs it doesnt really work that way. you can have the most athletic body and be really in shape but your boobs r always gonna b a C i wear a 32 B and wish they were bigger!but hun work with what ya got

or you can apply camphor oil on breasts which can shrink your breasts
