I would go back to the time before my mom died in 1989 when i was 16 years old so i could spend more time with her.

not the future. I don't want to know about the future because you wouldn't have anything to live forward to because you would already know exactly what was going to happen.

I would go back to when they built the pyramids and other historicaly significant events. I would also go back to the year 1969 and buy a 1969 chevrolet camaro ss brand new right out of the dealer lot. I would also buy a lot of other muscle cars from back in the late 60's.

I am envious of those old people who were alive back in the year 1969 because they had the chance to buy a so hard to find now car and i didn't.

I would also go back in time and invest all my money in a company called microsoft back when it was first started. Same thing with a company called Walmart and Exxon. Ever heard of them?

I would enjoy the entire decade as an adult. Enjoy the great music, awesome hairstyles, wear leotards to exercise, enjoy how cheap everything was, rock out to the rock bands, pogo through the new wave era, & actually feel happy that America respects their president. Then return to the present day on New years eve 1989 with the same mood people get when they return to work after a vacation.

since i'm black and from the caribbean i would want to go back to either august 1st 1838, the day slavery was abolished in all british colonies. this date is also the 1st date of carnival (carnival is a festival of celebration where ppl dress up in costumes and parade in the streets) and caribbean ppl love their carnival...and what better reason to celebrate than freedom.

if i were american i would go back to the 1960s. i would have loved to meet martin luther king jr or some other black activist and have them impart some of their knowledge and wisdom on me.

if race or religion did not matter i would want to go back to 1930/40s germany. i would love to get inside hitler's head. seriously what would drive a man to such hatred. dont get me wrong i dont condone hitler's actions at all (he was sick twisted f***) but i think the man was the most influencial person of the 20th century. his beliefs and actions spawned the greatest war the world has ever seen, made america a super-power and changed the face of world politics. love him or hate him (i hope most of us the latter) no one can deny his influence or greatness.

Ancient Greece

I love learning about Greece and all of its customs. I would love to go back and live in that era. To see all the sights and experience everything about it. Even today, I would die a happy person if I could visit Greece.

I'd go back to the Victorian Age, where "calling on" people meant visits and afternoon tea. We'd play bridge or some other ladies' card game and talk about who's marrying who and who has money and who has titles.

i would go to ancient carthage to meet hannibal. to be able to talk to such a brilliant military strategist is just to tempting.

after talking and discussing various subjects like war and romans, i would whack him with a boat paddle and bring back with me. *smiling really big*
