Depends.

If you'd said a 19 yr old female and a 13 yr old male..........DANGER
If you reverse that, 19 yr male and 13 yr female .......Still DANGER

So, reverse the original question, would anyone bat an eye at a 29yr old male datiing, (or even marrying) a 23yr old female.

I doubt it.

Are you the guy or the girl?

A 29 year old female is in a completely different phase of her life than a 23 year old male. I am 29 and I want a house, kids, mini van (well ok not really a mini van), I now hate bars and clubs, I want matching dinnerware and yes I even want a washer and dryer..... 23 year old males generally want to drink lots of beer and get laid a lot, lol...

If the 23 year old male is extremely mature for his age then I think it could definitely work but like some other person answered before me what will happen when the 23 year old male runs across a cute 21 year old who wants to party and dance and etc.

It will take work but anything worth having usually does...

I don't think it would work out.

A 23 year old male is just wanting to have fun with no commitments - that's OK cuz most 23 year old are just not mature enough to settle down.

However, a 29 year old female is most likely (even if she says she isn't) looking for a more stable relationship leading to marriage. Her biological clock is ticking!

But, who know, it could work. Stranger things have happened!

Well, if they like each other a lot, age really shouldn't be a problem. There are many couples out there who have large age differences, so yeah; age is not, and should not an issue.

Being totally honest I would say stop fantasizing, zip up your pants and get something useful done, like tidy up your room.

If the relationship still works in six months - then it is worth it.

Age difference?? Who cares.. You are both "of age".

It's not like you are Anna Nichol. (Thank goodness she is finally buried.)
