If you watch MTV, how would you feel if they dropped ALL their side shows on the channel, like TRL, & Real World & played ONLY 24 hours of music videos.
You guys *Do* realize that's what it was all about during like, the 1st 3-4 years of MTV, right?
*Music* Television.
Naturally, it'd would def' have to roll w/. the times & play lots of indie/undiscovered bands too. There're a couple of local tv channels that're doing just that. MTV oughta take notice.

I really like watching just MUSIC television. It was only back in what, 1980's? Where MTV was started? I would rather have just music all around the clock, because most of the shows on there are really dumb. That's why I keep it on jump buttons, like MTV, VH1, CMT, and other channels at the same time so i dont have to watch the stupid little side shows.

Shows like the Real World just brought on the whole "reality tv" thing. Those shows suck and we should be without regardless of if they play music instead. Although it would be good if they just played music again the whole time instead of just at strange hours of the morning

i'd love it! the shows are kind of stupid, and i really like watching music videos on MTV Hits, so MTV could get rid of any shows they want!

i wouldn't care b/c i really watch mtv hits way more than mtv

i'd be p*ssed i love my super sweet 16 and engaged and underage love me some reality drama....i do wish they'd cut back on some of the shows they have like maui fever and laguna beach and the real world is no longer interesting it's the same stuff over and over again
