Although I prefer to purchase from local and/or regional stores... Wal-Mart, Lowes and Home Depot all have Waterfall fountain kits in your price range. Smaller garden shops have similar equipment, but it is more expensive. The benefit of buying from a small garden shop is the advise and expertise. You won't find that at any big-box store.

i could propose getting some 12/2 UF cable and digging a trench a minimum of 18 inches lower than floor and operating it from pond region to the hollow and then call a electrician to tie it into the present plug and placed a plug on the different end. Ext. cords are literally not rated to be placed lower than floor and are not a reliable theory for something everlasting and also you are able to make certain the plug is GFCI secure until eventually you want to damage some one . by technique of doing truly some the artwork your self you'll keep alot of funds and it will be threat-free.
