her are some suggestions.
go bowling
have a sleepover
go to the movies
go to a nice resturant
invite a few friends and go to an amusement park
Whatever you do you will have fun if it is with your close friends

1. Have a sleepover. Have everyone bring nail polish and give each other manicures and pedicures. Rent a movie & stay up all night eating pizzas and make-your-own sundaes.
2. Invite a few friends out to dinner with your parents. Sit at a seperate table from your parents. (make sure parents will pay!)
I think all girl parties are still more fun at age 13!

Guess what I'm going to be having my 13th birthday party too! What I'm doing is throwing a home party and then we are all going out to the movies. Afterwards it will be a sleepover. If you think that movies would be too expensive, just having fun at home or going bowling or something works too. All your friends really care about is having fun with the birthday girl!
Are you nervous about if it will be boring? I worry about that every year and it always ends up being a blast. So don't worry about it too much as long as your with your friends.

Have a pajama theme party for the girls. Or do a hawwain theme party if you have a pool. Or if you really want to go all out do a spa party where the girls will get manicures and pedicures and do each others hair and make up. just some ideas.

it depends on wat kind of party u wanna hav
if u wanna b n yo chill mode stay at da crib and do sumthn wit yo friends and fam or u can go do something fun like skating go 2 da mall movies
