If you feel that you did not deserve the grade - talk with the teacher and explain. Ask if there is a way that you can re-do the paper to up the grade. Most teachers appreciate a student who shows an interest in keeping their grades at a certain level.

In marriage and divorce? If the D or D- stands for Divorce then you need a lawyer but if its a school paper,maybe you best start paying attention in school and studying more.
