philip rivers for sure, he had a great year this year as a starter. leinart was good but didnt take his team into the playoffs, bulger is good but is older then rivers and wont last as long and leftwich is to inconsistent. Rivers has had a blessing of good coaches for his first 2 years in the nfl and is already developed into a good (soon to be even better) qb.

By far the choice is Rivers! Marc Bulger is second, but has too many years. Maybe Matt Leinart in a year of two.
The other two are not leaders of men.

Bulger. He is healthy, consistent and a proven success.
Phillip has good talent but look who's surrounding him, Losman is decent with his legs at best, Leinart still has a lot to prove and Leftwich just got benched. Case in point.

Matt Leinart. Fantastic young kid, with an amazing arm and is a natural pocket passer. He is a great team leader, and will be the top QB in the NFL in a couple yearsr.

Leinart's only had 1 year of exp. Watch for him to throw for 3000+ yards this year.

of those choices, Marc Bulger is the best quarterback...no question. He's one of the top QB's in the entire league, unlike all of the other ones.
