This is one of the rather odd problems in which the LCM is actually the solution of multiplying both original numbers.

13 x 16 = 208

Therefore, the answer is 208.

to find the least common multiple of two numbers you need to break them into their prime factors.

13 is a prime number so it breaks down to 13

16 breaks into 2x2x2x2

You then count the number of any matching factors and take the biggest ignoring the other ones
this problem doesn't have any
then multiply everything thats left
13x2x2x2x2 = 208

this probably sounds confusing, so let me show you another problem.
find the LCM of 8 and 12
8 breaks down to 2x2x2 this is three 2s
12 is 2x2x3 this is two 2s and a 3

I take the big amount of 2s which is three
2x2x2
I add the one lone three
2x2x2x3
and multiply the whole thing together
2x2x2x3= 24

voila ! 8x3=24 and 12x2=24

The answer I think would be 208.

I got that by multiplying 13x16.
