What do you mean IF!! It's already happening. People don't flush so they can how their shat or urine to others, they pee on the floor, leave diapers on the ground or throw them into lakes and rivers. Taggers leave their mark on public and private property. Thank heaven there is a little bit of civility left and we don't have to smell or see each other's excrement or personal messages.

Judging by the smell you get when passing a mens public toilet, I thought that men already did....there's one particular nasty specimen that insists on marking the lift in my building every night.
