Foam-like bras?

How are you supposed to wash the foam-like bras? There are no washing instructions. Washing machine? hand wash? dryer?

washing machine with like colors. air dry to keep thier shape.

its better if you wash things with your hand.. so i guess hand wash? i hope it works out.
