No. Lt. Gov. Diane Denish describes him affectionately as an annoying little brother. He taps her on the shoulder, pokes her on the side--that kind of stuff. The Lt. Gov. has never said the touches were even remotely sexual in nature. Gov. Richardson's wife Barbara is usually sitting beside him at these events. Does he touch the Lt. Gov.? Yes. In an inappropriate manner? No. My sources? I've met them all, I been at a dozen or so public events with them all present and this issue has been exhaustively explored in the Albuquerque Journal, a Republican newspaper.
