I love Gilmore Girls and especially when their writer was Amy-Sherman Palladino Now it is some guy i mean it's ok butit is not as good

She was not only the writer (along with her husband) but she's also the creator and executive producer (for some reason they've been crediting her with this still). When the WB was changed to the CW she wanted them to sign on for two years, but they didn't want to because the actors were only contracted for another year so she (and her husband) walked. She's making a pilot right now for a comedy on Fox next year. It's supposed to be about two sisters who are somewhat estranged and are brought together because the older one asks the younger, wilder one to be her surrogate and has her move in with her.

I agree the storyline is not as interesting. The show should have finished up when Mrs. Palladino left. What happened was she did not have a future script so they found someone else before time ran out. Almost like a contract where she had to present the rest of the season and time ran out for her.
Especially with the Luke and Lorelai turn out. I was totally disappointed she married Chris.
