Of course they had the change from a dictator to socialism, but what other changes in society have they had? Or, you can elaborate on the change to socialism.

The Cubans are tired of Castro's failed attempt at socialism. When he is gone...there will be a strong movement in Cuba for representative democracy.
This will proceed to the point of Cuba petitioning to become the 51st state of the United States (which will probably be approved).

The Cuban people surely will stand up for their rights when Castro is gone. Is he still that strong as a dictator with his health and age working against him? I don't know how big his military is, but probably some of them would defect as well.
It would be great if these people could be free.
But there are other worries in other countries close to Cuba, Mexico, etc. Do you think this could be a problem?
