Forever 21 has great, fun dresses that don't hit the pocket hard. They're not to formal so you can reuse the dress any day you want.

at my shcool everyone wheres short dresses from areopostale, hollister, american eagle, pacific sunwear, and abercombie and then puts them over a cute pear of skinny jeans(you can use boot cut jeans it just looks better with skinny) with a pair of colored( like a bright blue or orange) ballet flats
