You distribute (multiply) your 12x with everything in parentheses

So you are going to do 12x*-6x 12x*-10x^2 12x*-3

This is going to give you -72x^2-120x^3-36x
If you want, you put it in standard form which is putting the numbers in greatest to least order based on the variables exponent.

YOur final answer is -120x^3-72x^2-36x

72x-120x^3-36x. Because there are different unknowns in the bracket which cannot be solved, you would have to multiply them one by one with the number outside one by one separately.

I hope this helps..;)
