I think the three main elements to tying your shoe would be..insert foot in shoe..lace up shoe...tie the shoe. Whoa...that`s a tough topic and doing speeches even a minute is a long time. Maybe add a little humor??? good luck with that tho..

Grab the left string and with your right hand and Grab the right string with your left hand and wind the left string around the right string and tie.
Make a half loop with your left string and tie the right string around it and pull - see your bow - adjust to look good.

TYING SHOES...FIRST YOU TAKE 2 STRINGS AND MAKE THEM EVEN...THEM U LOOP THEM AROUND AND PULL IT TIGHT AND PUT ONE STRING IN THE LOOP AND THEN TIE IT LIKE A BOW....AND THERE U GO...U HAVE UR SHOE TIED....HOPE I HELPED A LIL
