why do the kids in Skins have such posh London accents?

Aren't they supposed to be from Bristol?

Probably because they are posh kids fresh out of drama school.

like in london gangter films where they all pronounce the "t's" when they stuff like got to and get it a bit nasty
some stuff will neva change lol
