I just had to reformat my computer. I can't find how to reinstal Norton on their web site. I shouldn't have to pay for a renewal when I still have subscription time for a legitimate product.

You call customer service. I just had mine reinstated for 3/4 a year which i had coming. They will give you the web address and a special code to do this.

I can tell you about other software, but I have never used Nortons. If remove a downloaded program and put back in, if give the serial number etc you had when first put in and they allow it go in--I removed McAffey and they let it go through when I reinstalled....and I had 10 monthes left. Hope this helps, there maybe others explanations. Good Luck.
