I am a democratic leftist and I'm not communist, solialist, red or whatever other epithets you threw, Wolf. I think the government has a responsibility to provide for the national security, an infrastructure, and general welfare of its citizens. Until they could not in the Great Depression, churches took care of social welfare needs in their communities, but the large numbers of needy people and the urbanization of America have made that pretty much impossible although the more liberal churches do what they can. I believe we need to utilize all our resources natural, human, and any others in a respectfula dn preserving manner. I believe every person should be treated with dignity and appreciation. Shoot me, but I think disrespect and destruction are just plain stupid.

I have NEVER seen more uneducated, ignorant people than in yahoo chat and answers! There is NO SUCH thing as a Conservative Democrat anymore. Most are socialists/communist and face it, socialism is communist-lite, yet they want to sling the term "NAZI" on conservatives. Look up the meaning of Nazi...it's the German Socialist Worker's Party. Leftists hate business, the 2nd Ammendment, Free Speech, the Military and those who serve, family values, protecting children from pedophiles, protecting the U.S. from terrorism and faith-based religion.
They espouse the myth of global warming, support groups such as the communist A.C.L.U., eco terrorism and terrorists such as PETA, and Greenpeace, pedophiles such as NAMBLA, and fight valid laws to protect children from pedophiles such as Jessica's Law.
Above all, leftists HATE George Bush, most don't even really know why. Bush has not been the greatest President we've had in this country, yet liberal, leftists blame Bush for the mistakes of others such as Governor Blanco and Ray Nagan of Louisiana, Bill Clinton and Sandy Berger and others. (Blaming Bush for 911 is absolutely ridiculous, especially with the MOUNDS of evidence collected since!)
For some reason unknown to me, leftist-liberals want to blame the world's problems on someone other than themselves based on some "feeling" and not FACT!

They believe no one knows what is good for you but them. They want to control your life from cradle to grave.they want everyone Tobe equal. If you have made something of your life through hard work & you nieghbor hasnt,then you are expected to pitch in with your money to pay for things to make him equal.
