The last m/c I had, I also had at 6 weeks and I bleed for 8 days and I felt off and on pregnant for 6-8 weeks following. Doctor said that's normal and a pregnancy test will still show up positive for up to 8 weeks so be cautious if going to try again right away

I learned in school if a fetus can develop in 30 days you can have a baby every month. Some doctors tell you to wait two cycles to try again but they are really old fashioned. Teachers as well as doctors told me after 1 period everything is healed. I miscarried at 9 weeks and got pregnant 6 weeks later and so far everything is fine. But you will be normal again after your period which can come anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Also if you are trying again....start trying 14 days after the first day of that period. Im sorry I know it sucks but eventually your heal emotionally too. For me the only way to heal emotionally was to get pregnant again.

Well it could be a week or a month. It depends on how pregnant you were and your body. The feeling pregnant is more a psycological thing and as a woman who has had a miscarriage I can tell you it takes the longest to shake.

Hope this helps,

Jennifer

It took me about 3 days to stop bleeding, a couple extra days to stop feeling so crappy, and I was completely back to normal physically in about a week. I also miscarried at six weeks and I can relate. I am really sorry for your loss. If you ever want to talk, email me!
