Is he smoking weed?

Question

I think my cousin is smoking marijuana, hes always laughing at stupid things, and eats alot but doesnt get fat, and i saw him baking some brownies which he doesnt do at all, and i asked him what he was doing, and he said it was for a project but i have the same teacher for cookin that he does and she said that there is no project of that that she has given out, and hes listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony, which i found out are big pot heads, how are some other ways to find out hes smoking weed?

and everytime i used to talk bad about him he always got mad, but now he just laughs and saids whatever.

Not sure what his musical choices have to do with his smoking weed....

but it is a distinct possibility that he is smoking it. And if he is getting enough to bake brownies with (and I assume he is still in school if it was for a "project for a teacher") then he's got a hell of a dealer.

The smell is distinct, he would reek of it.
His eyes should be bloodshot.
Coordination should be off.
Tell tale signs of lighters, roaches, rolling papers or other paraphernalia.

Although I can tell you as a regular pot smoker for over 18 years now, I never smell of it, know what Visine is for and can "pass" on everything but an actual blood test. So it's by no means definate.

Is it really that big of a deal?
Is it even your business (if he's a cousin)?

There are so many worse things the kid could be doing...

Check his CD collection for Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Biggie, or Cypress Hill he may have a Damian Marley CD laying around too. Then look for funky objects that look like they have an extra hole in the wrong place. Finally, and easiest way to know if someone is smoking pot is get up close and take a big wiff, if he smells all over you know that boy is smokin' some.

If he doesn't smoke cigarettes but has many lighters or matches is one sign he could be smoking weed. If he smokes in his room, he probably uses a lot of incense or air freshener spray, so check if his room smells unusually good. His trash can might have ashes, paperclips, or tin foil from smoking home made pipes. As other posts mentioned, he also might smell of weed, which has a strong distinct scent, yet is more pleasant than the smell of tobacco.

You should be able to smell it on him if he is. It is something to be concerned about if you care for someone. It is ten times worse than smoking and kills brain cells, causes depression and if done frequently will affect their ability to hold a job.
Also its illegal you could o to jail if he has it in your home.

I think if he is doing drugs, it has to be something else. Marijuana will make someone overly relaxed, like alcohol. I think he may be on a depressant or something. Maybe he is secretly drinking alcohol?

He probably is from the sound of it...why is this your business? You don't sound concerned as much as annoyed by it.

Perhaps you'd better to a reality check on your motives for wanting to find out so bad...

You could probably start by asking him. If you can't do that, then you should just leave him alone, because it's really none of your business.
