If popular opinion could effectively run the country, we would have taken a poll to see if we needed to go to war instead of voting for someone to do it for us and speak for the majority.

Over 30 Towns in the State of Vermont have filed impeachment resolutions against Bush and it’s spreading like wild fire! People are kicking this campaign into HIGH GEAR! Signs and banners are being constructed nationwide for the convergence on the State Capitol! This could be the long awaited revolution the American People have been waiting for since Bush took office.

The George Bush impeachment movement has arrived, it’s picking up momentum and just in time for the March 17 rally at the Pentagon. Here’s the best part! You don’t have to travel all the way to D.C. to perform your Patriotic Duty to America. There will be hundreds of impeachment protest happening across the Nation. You are dense! Most of the country is wrong. Fed bad tidings from Iraq by the liberal media every chance it's had. You just bought into it just like them. Talk to some military grunts you know (which I seriously doubt you do) and ask their opinion of the war. Most I know hate it, but see it as something that has to be done. Dumba**!

Last time i checked the President didn't need your permission or a bunch of citizens permission to conduct a war...

We're still in Iraq for a reason ..a pull out without victory would be a disaster to our national security.

You must be dense, as we've answered this so many
times, I'm ready to just write "ditto". We are there in
retaliation for the terrorists who came over to our
country and murdered 3000 innocent people in N.Y.
We outed Iraq's murderer and now we're moving
forward to "out" more terrorist leaders and help Iraq
citizens to be able to fight for themselves so they can
live lives in peace like we here in the U.S. enjoy. We
do not want any more Muslims terrorizing American
citizens over here. What would everyone have said if
Pres. Bush had shrugged his shoulders and none
nothing?????? So, it was h**l if he did and h**l if he
did nothing. How could Bush win? I think he did the
right thing and I'm sure those people of Iraq appreciate
our help (just as we would if we were in their place and
we needed emergency help)

Last I heard, 80% of Americans didn't want our troops removed. They may not agree with the war effort, but don't want them removed, so unless you have proof of what you are saying then....what is the point of posting?

Well, the majority of Dems In Senate and House agree with it. It would be foolish to just walk away. A war the likes of which you cannot comprehend will erupt if we leave before the area is stabilized. Be thankful that Bush and the majority of Dems in Senate and House agree.

how do you know most of the country doesn't agree with bush's plan? thats a blanket statement. now i don't exactly like the idea of war or soldiers in iraq but you have to think of the consequences of pulling out now. we could make ourselves vulnerable to another attack like 911. we are there and we have to stay there until we are finished. I know most people do things half-assed in america but this is not one of those things.

I do agree with it..
Wait until another 9/11 happens..
Then everyone will blame Bush for not
keeping the war "over there"....
