Can anyone tell me how to block porn sites without downloading anything?

I don't like porn site to pop up . I don't want my cousins being online a they pop up. Can some one help ?

well you could go to tools in internet explorer click internet opinions, click content, go to content advisor, click enable, and the choose your settings, and then click apply, good luck and i hope everything works out.
