No, Jerry never lived in Cincinnati. He did play the Taft Theater on October 30, 1971.

I have read 2 books about Garcia, and one autobiography by Phil Lesh, and there is no mention of Garcia ever living in Cincinnati, or anywhere east of the mississippi. He lived in various spots in California and Oregon though.

Not that I know of. He was a born and bred SF kind of guy. And I loved him dearly.
