Just flirt with him terribly and see if he is interested or not. If not, you can still be nice to him and flirt with him still.
Or you may after that try and just invite him somewhere. Shows confidence and boldness , which I think guys would like for a change if done right.
But whatever you do, dont play deceiving games with his head. shows insecurity and for me atleast is a REAL TURN OFF!
Just be open and friendly and flirtatious. Guys like open honest , fun, friendly girls they can trust and who are not stuck on how they are a "model" or clickish or too good for anybody. I think they really hate that. I know i do!

First, play it cool. Try to be friends first to see if he likes you, and if you really do like him. If you both like each other, stay friends for a little while. If you aren'y just friends for long enough, you're more likely to get rejected. If you leave it too long, you risk being friends forever! If he doesn't feel the same way, there are two options: 1) forget about him or 2) stay friends.
