who is the original artist for 'flowers in the window'. I can only find Travis but sure its around prior 2002?

I am sure I have heard it when I was young but cannot find the original artist.

i am sorry to tell you but i think you are wrong...Fran Healey the front man with Travis wrote Flowers in the Window so you see you couldn't have heard it when you were young..maybe it was something similar..it does have a sixties feel to it....so sorry. I am not being bigheaded or anything just thought i would tell you nicely..ok...have a good day...
