I was going to do it on McDonalds because it is such an American Culture icon. It represents our society goo and bad. I need help with my theis which must be very clear narrow and precise as well as content. What all should I include in paper about it?

I wouldn't accept help from people on Yahoo Answers for this type of question. We don't know your exact assignment, what your teacher is looking for, etc. It seems like you have a lot of questions. Usually college professors have office hours where they meet with students who need help. See if you can meet with your teacher and ask him/her for some help on this paper. Also, if your school has a writing center, schedule an appointment with a tutor who can go over your assignment and help you with a brainstorming session.

do the meaning of the media. good- shows new things, trends, the best of everything, role models, dreams, etc. Bad- bad picked role models= problems for children, more and more money driven, only caring about the self in order to get ahead (because it values individualistic identity). The media is a big part of our culture and should be looked at. I have already done research on it and it is very interesting.

First, define for yourself, what is the role of McDonald's in American Culture? You will want to include how the growth of fast food, as started by M.D., Carl's, etc. has changed the way we eat in America, which has also changed how we look at food in general and how we socialize. Rather than a straight good/bad, decide if M.D. is good or bad--that will guide your thesis. Thesis idea: M.D. is a +/- due to how it has changed the food consumption in America which..... last week on Tuesday you believed it was going to rain you were not sure and it might not happen yet it is the same word for opposite commitment of your self
