How do you expand your belly?

Im curious how do you make your belly get really big? without eating alot. I heard if you chug a bottle of water while sucking in your belly as you expand while chugging it will get bigger. Is this ture? can someone help me get my belly bigger?

put a long bungie cord inside your belly button and have someone pull the other end of it until you scream. LOL!

ok. seriously though, please don't do that! Yes, I think the water thingy might work.
