2. It depends on the year it was built, in a community, double-wide/single-wide, is it on blocks or on ground, credit, etc...

The best way to do this would be to sedate the lion first, and then chain him to your roof. Be careful, as if it is a strong lion then it could tear your roof off with a sudden burst of anger and then you would be roofless.

If it is a doublewide, then the answer is yes. If it is a singlewide, then you cannot.
