That's not really fair.
I think the Bonds of old are very different from the Pierce Brosnan and now Daniel Craig Bonds.......these new movies feel new and not timeless in the least.
It still means something to be named as the new Bond, but that too will fade as Daniel Craig assumes the franchise. Clive Owen would have been a much better choice. So yeah, now Bond movies are a bit overrated.
