I would personally do something like Red High Heels by Kellie Pickler its cute and upbeat and its a total foot-tapper so the audience would be into it for sure plus it doesnt have any ridiculously hard notes its pretty basic and still fun

At least three people are reqired to sing The Fever by The Von Bondies (they use all four members). It gets very complicated towards the end.
