what is DipHE , HNC, HND ?

what is the difference between DipHE , HNC and HND? which is considered highest/ lowest among the three?

I have a DipHE which I did in Spanish. Took two years of going once a week (2hrs). You can do it faster than that, though. It's a continuation from A-level.

I agree with the above that an HND is considered the highest.
