I'd highly recommend the list down to Louie DeVito, not so sure about the last three.

Try yahoo music, and go to the electronic/dance channels... you can try plenty of artists for free and decide who your favorites are before you buy the CD's.

I love techno music. Try the german band "scooter" they are a good techno band and have some pretty cool tunes.
