It would be a very rare case but nothing but abstience is completely 100% safe.

Highly unlikely... it's very reliable if you get the shots regularly. The only thing I could think of is if you were overdue for it and got pregnant before you got your booster shot. I was on it for over 6 years and never had a problem.

I guess it culd b possible 2 get preg on any birth control.I was on Depo & didn't have any problems.Or,a period.It may cause u not 2 have a period.&,2 gain weight.*

I has Depo injections for a few years!! Didn't fall pregnant and guess what...........didn't have a period either!! Fab!!
