how do I convince a hiring maneger at "Jewels" to hire me? Im 16 soon to be 17.?

1. look very presentable, clean and well groomed when you go in for an interview, or anytime you go in to the store to talk to them.
2. stay upbeat, energetic and positive, willing to work and learn and be flexible.
3. try to put together a resume, even if it only contains small jobs like babysitting or volunteer or tutoring..it still shows effort and will impress them.
PS- you spelled manager wrong. attention to detail will also help you get jobs. good luck!

i worked for jewel, it's not that hard. give open availability and be willing to do anything they ask you to.
