Probably. Every planet is a "world" and it wouldn't have made any difference whether we evolved on Earth, Vulcan, or Alpha Centauri.

I don't think anyone but astrologers and astronauts know the answer to that. I would like to think so. All the planets are part of the universe, so I guess :"world"would be a good name. Sorry if this wasnt what you were looking for!

Yes because when we talk about life on other planets sometimes people say "Life on other worlds"
