a guy I used to work with told me"it's only as bad as you make it." I was complaining to him about something. It made me think.

1. When I was 22 years old, My friend Susan who was five years older told me that a I was "kinda naieve". I felt stupid about it but I decided I agreed with her and I tried to make an effort to self educate about topics where it was needed and always be aware of whats going on around me. Now it is easy for me decide who is trustworthy and who is not.
2. When i was 26 years old, my Mom told me to "grow up and get a life". I that although that was hurtful, that she was right, and I decided to start acting more mature and ladylike and be more responsible. I got a higher paying job and nicer clothes and found a very smart boyfriend as well.
3. When I was 32, last december...My boyfriend, Dale told me he has never loved anyone like he has loved me and he wanted me to be his wife and the mother of his children, and asked me to marry him. I am now engaged to him and we are planning our wedding and our future together.

Yep, when I was 8 my grandpa said to me as he came out of the bathroom, "Don't shave unless you have to or else by the time you're my age you'll be scraping your face twice a day." I took it to heart and only shaved when I needed it and I'm 46 and still don't have to shave everyday.

yes. Survive! improvise! overcome! and ever since I have a sense of doing it myself when the going gets tough. and it always works and keeps me on my feet

yea and they told me they hated me and that made me happy (JK JK) they said that they were glad i moved!! i was happy to !! i hope u like my answer cause this is the last one i can answer and then i reached my limit!!
