Is there a way to see a text message that you deleted?

I accidently deleted a text message that I need. Is there any way to see it again? I don't have a trash folder or anything like that.

My phone is a nextel motorola i860 if it matters.

you can try contacting your carrier and ask for a copy of all incoming and/or outgoing txt messages. they usually keep a file for a month- pictures too. so beware!!

Yes. But u need a powerful recovery software that works with the phone. If u have one, just connect the phone to the computer and run the recovery program. After a while, you will see many data in your phone. That is the only way to recover lost text messages.
