does anyone know of a few up and coming comics to perform for free in a pub in st helens area (north west) may be part of a student union or the likes. or any comedy clubs that might want to get involved. good live practise for beginners

seems a bit obvious, but 1st call the local paper, then contact all local radio stations, & some national ones too. (Talksport are always up for that sort of thing) if not, ask the local Tesco etc to put up a sign on their noticeboard. Have you asked all the Uni's/ colleges/ hospital radio... anything like that? Someone, somewhere will pick up on it & spread the word.

OK first go to your Student Union, or scour your local
Pubs, (try some a bit outside your area, they usually have
Mini Buses for their Darts and Domino fixtures ) AND
your halfway there on the Iternet !!!!!!!!!!! PS I
