How do I get a best friend?

I have alots of friends but i dont have a best friend. how do i pick one? or get one?

All your friends can be your best friends. All mine are! The difference is choosing between friends and acquaintances. A true friend is someone you can confide in and tell everything to and not be scared that it will go any farther, or one you can just do anything with. Be careful that you don't confuse the two.

hey i dont have one either, a lot of times my good, close friends know me as their best friends, they just presume we are but to be honest i never really feel that way cuz i think best friends are friends from the beginning of our childhood and back in the country i was born i had a good boy childhood friend, he was like my best friend so yeah but he moved and now i'm in another country so I feel sad sometimes that i'll never see him again. You can pick someone that you feel is true and worth being a best friend to. The person shouldnt gossip or go behind ur back, they should be there for u and help. If you've known one good person for a long period of time u can eventually call them ur best friend, but as i said i think that best friends start from childhood but of course not everyone had a best friend in their childhood. So to answer ur question, basically someone who is trust worthy, helpful and understanding and dont worry time will come that u might find someone or u can trace back and anaylise all the friends u have and decide if they are good and decent enough to be ur best friend. you don't pick or get one. (yea, we all wish that was true).
Best Friends just happen. it's something that you realize before you know it. Sometimes, best friends come out from the group of friends you know and sometimes doesn't.
From my experience, best friends happen when you least expect it.
someone can get really close to you very quickly and at times, even those whom you have known for 3 or 4 years can be of a less best friend to you compared to those whom you've known for 1 to 2 years.
so, it all varies.

Finding a best friend could be really tough. I mean theres friends and then there's the Best friends. Hang out with new people. Look for people with the same interests as you. If your friend really enjoys your company, then just stick with them and develop a friendship that will last for years!
