If your pregnant and continue to take birth control pills it can damage the baby. However it will not abort the baby in any way the baby will still come. You need to STOP taking the pills or you may end up with a deformed child.

I think the question is more "why continue taking them even though you are pregnant"? I don't see the point in it cos you're hardly gonna get pregnant again. Nothing will happen to answer your question. Although it depends on what sorta pill you are talking about. If it's the morning after it's a totally different story but it's pointless taking them.

Your going to either screw up the baby or lose it entirely. Thats what the pill is meant to do.

I dont know.. but........my friend was taking them for awhile till she discovered that she was pregs(she was pretty far along) and her baby turned out just fine..
