Where are keys to properties that your agency has, for either sale or rent, kept?

I keep locks in a basket in a garage, and a bunch of keys on a key chain. When a new tenant moves in, we re-key one of the locks and put it on the door. I have a master key to get into every apartment, so there is no real purpose in distinguishing which apartments are which key.
